Booking Conditions and General Information

Pitches are available from 12 noon on day of arrival and should be vacated
by 11.00am on day of  departure.

Booking - Advance bookings are advisable to avoid disappointment.
 
Facilities - Shall be used only by the persons names on the Booking Application Form.

Dogs are welcome on the understanding that they are kept on short leads at all times,
Never left on the Park unattended and are walked off the park.
Some breeds are not accepted, please check.

 Amendments to a booking after a confirmation has been issued
will be subject to a £10 administrative charge.

The management shall not be liable for damage or loss of personal property however caused or
sustained. We reserve the right to eject without any compensation any persons,
who, in our opinion, are causing a disturbance.
Campers will appreciate minimal noise after 11.00pm
 
It may be necessary to alter or withdraw certain or all amenities or facilities,
activities or events  that have been advertised depending on the number of bookings.
The right to do so is reserved  accordingly without notice.

We regret we cannot guarantee a specific pitch, but we will do our best
to accommodate your request.

All holidays must be paid for 4 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday or the pitch will
be re-let, as a reminder will not be sent out.

A charge of £10.00 will be made for any cheques returned by the Bank.

Cancellation Policy

We strongly recommend you take out our Holiday Cancellation Insurance

Please be aware your deposit is non-refundable

Should you wish to cancel after the balance has been paid, you should contact
your own insurance company

No refunds will be given for cutting short your holiday due to inclement weather etc.
